What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payments are credited to your account balance and automatically applied to monthly invoices.
Is there a refund policy?
Unused credit can be refunded within 14 days of the initial deposit, provided no services have been used. Contact support to request a refund.
Do you charge for bandwidth overages?
Yes — $1 per TB over your plan's included allocation. You'll receive an email alert before you hit the limit.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades happen at the next billing cycle.
What is a Storage VM used for?
Cold data, backups, media libraries, log archiving, and block storage. They can be mounted to NVMe Compute VMs in the same location via private VLAN.
Do you offer managed services?
No. LLUW is pure IaaS — you install the OS, configure your stack, and manage your applications. This keeps costs low and gives you full control.
Is there a control panel?
Yes — a web-based panel at /panel/ lets you deploy servers, manage snapshots, view usage, open tickets, and handle billing.
What is BYOIP / BGP?
You can bring your own IP blocks and announce them via BGP from your servers. Contact support to arrange this.
