What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, or your Revolut wallet — via Revolut's secure checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle, and a PDF invoice is generated for every payment.
Is there a refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have any issues, contact us and we'll figure something out!
Do you charge for bandwidth overages?
Yes — €1 per TB over your plan's included allocation. You'll receive an email alert before you hit the limit.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Not self-service yet — open a support ticket and we'll help you move to a different tier.
Do you offer managed services?
Yes! LLUW helps you with all your server, network, and integration needs — just contact us.
Is there a control panel?
Yes — a web-based panel at /panel/ lets you deploy servers, manage snapshots, view usage, open tickets, and handle billing.
What is BYOIP / BGP?
You can bring your own IP blocks and announce them via BGP from your servers. Contact support to arrange this.
